Gold Coast Flooring Supply disclaims, in regard to this site, any and all representations and warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, merchantability, accuracy, suitability of any of the content or information. Gold Coast Flooring Supply shall not in any way be liable for any damages, indirect or direct, arising or related in any way to the use of this site.

In certain states/regions, where restricted by law, limitations on implied warranties or exclusion or limitation of damages may not apply.

Product & Service Agreement

Gold Coast Flooring Supply will make every attempt to fill every order as requested, but can not guarantee the availability of any particular product. Products may be discontinued, replaced by other comparable products or subject to price change without prior notice of such change.

Customers are responsible to inspect all merchandise upon receipt of delivery for signs of damage or shortage. Lack of this inspection or improper or incomplete inspection may release the freight carrier as well as Gold Coast Flooring Supply for any and all liability on order damages or shortages. All damages or shortages must be reported to Gold Coast Flooring Supply and the carrier within (24) hours of receipt of delivery.

Flooring materials as a natural product may contain substantial color variation, shade variation, grain variation all of which are not product defects. All materials must be carefully inspected for order accuracy, milling issues and or true defect prior to installation. Installers should source materials from several cartons at a time to insure uniform material variation across the floor. INSTALLED PRODUCT IS ACCEPTED PRODUCT. Installed materials can not be exchanged or returned for any reason whatsoever.

As our customer you are responsible to provide accurate contact information to us to facilitate the timely delivery of your merchandise. All deliveries are curbside. If special delivery service is required those details must be provided at the time your order is placed and will likely result in additional delivery cost paid by you the customer.

Consumer Info

Customer is responsible to confirm suitability of a flooring product as it relates to the intended installation area ( ex: suitability for radiant heat). All products are not suitable for every application. Customer is responsible to use the proper installation tools, fasteners, underlayments and or recommended adhesive as per manufacturers’ instructions. Customer is required to follow manufacturers’ instructions on proper acclimation, climate control of installation environment and maintenance of proper relative humidity levels. Lack of compliance in these requirements may void any and all manufacturers’ warranties.

Flooring products expand and contract in response to changes in temperature and relative humidity. These changes are normal and not considered a product defect. All flooring products will scratch and show wear as related to the amount of foot traffic they receive. High traffic areas will require flooring products specified for this application. Proper maintenance is essential to protect the finished surface of any flooring product. Proper maintenance products and protocol is available from Gold Coast Flooring Supply.

Return Policy

Returns will only be accepted if they are delivered to us within 15 days of the date an order is delivered to you. A 25% restocking charge will be assessed to any accepted returned merchandise. The following items are not returnable: special order items, closeouts, any liquid product, electrical equipment, open or torn cartons, discontinued items. Customer is responsible to obtain a return authorization number from our customer service department, before any return will be considered. All acceptable returns must include a copy of the original purchase receipt. All acceptable merchandise must be in original packaging, unmarked and unaltered. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs on any proposed return including any redeliver costs back to the customer, as well as the original shipping cost.

Please allow 2 weeks from the date of the acceptance of returned goods to receive return merchandise credit.
